On 9th June 2025, the leadership of St. James Seminary and Senior High School (SHS), led by the esteemed Rector, Reverend Father Felix Taah, paid a courtesy call on the Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa.

The visit was made to extend their heartfelt congratulations on his appointment as Regional Minister and to offer warm wishes for a successful tenure. The meeting was marked by a solemn moment of prayer, invoking divine guidance and success for the Regional Minister and his team.

Hon. Akwaboa expressed deep appreciation for the thoughtful gesture and acknowledged the school’s consistent dedication to academic excellence, particularly in the WASSCE, where St. James has continually set national benchmarks. He encouraged the school’s leadership to maintain this high standard, noting that their accomplishments bring pride not only to the institution but also to the entire Bono Region.

In recognition of St. James’ longstanding legacy in nurturing exemplary leaders, the Minister assured the school of the government’s unwavering support. He reaffirmed the commitment of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama’s administration to advancing quality secondary education and expressed optimism about continued collaboration with the institution.

The Regional Minister conveyed gratitude to Reverend Father Taah and the entire St. James community for their visit, prayers, and kind words.
