Organizational Structure

The Bono Regional Coordinating Council is structured as follows:

• The Regional Minister as Chairman and his/her Deputy,
• District/Municipal Chief Executives and Presiding Members of each District/Municipal Assembly in the Region,
• Representatives of the Regional House of Chiefs,
• Regional heads of the Decentralized Departments,
• The Regional Coordinating Director as Secretary.

The BRCC is supported administratively and technically by a central administration and decentralized departments.
