Land Use and Spatial Planning Authority (LUSPA)

The Bono Regional Office of LUSPA monitors the performance of spatial planning activities within the Assemblies to ensure compliance with the provisions in the Land Use and Spatial Planning Act (ACT 925, 2016) and Regulations (L.I. 2384 of 2019).

These include providing backstopping services, monitoring, and evaluating spatial planning activities in Municipal and District Assemblies (MDAs), submitting feedback, data, and information to the Authority through the Regional Spatial Planning Committee.
