BONO REGION INAUGURATES LAND USE AND SPATIAL PLANNING COMMITTEE IN SUNYANI

The Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa, formally welcomed the newly appointed members of the Land Use and Spatial Planning Committee to the Conference Room of the Bono Regional Coordinating Council in Sunyani on Monday, 2nd June 2025.

The official inauguration ceremony marks a significant milestone in the region’s development efforts.

The Regional Minister expressed confidence that the expertise and dedication of the committee members would make a meaningful contribution to the region’s growth.

Following the swearing-in ceremony conducted by Ms. Joyce Boahen, a Supervising High Court Judge, Hon. Akwaboa, who serves as Chairperson of the committee, addressed the members. He underscored the critical role they would play in shaping spatial planning and land use policies across the region.

He further expressed optimism that through collaborative effort, the committee would achieve its goals and help drive sustainable progress in the Bono Region.
