EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMME TO STRENGTHEN BONO-TUSCALOOSA TIES

Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa, the Bono Regional Minister, attended the establishment of a sister city relationship that has led to a partnership agreement with Sister City Colleges.

The agreement is expected to facilitate an exchange programme involving students from Senior High Schools in the Bono Region and students from Tuscaloosa in the United States. Under the initiative, 20 students from the Bono Region will travel to Tuscaloosa, while another 20 students from Tuscaloosa will visit the Bono Region.

The programme is scheduled to commence this year and is intended to promote cultural exchange, educational collaboration, and stronger relations between the two communities.
