HON. JOSEPH ADDAE AKWABOA DONATES 200 BAGS OF SUGAR AND 40 BOXES OF LIPTON TEA LEAVES TO ZONGO CHIEFS

On the morning of March 18, 2025, the Bono Regional Minister, Honourable Joseph Addae Akwaboa (Esq.), donated 200 bags of sugar and 40 boxes of Lipton tea leaves to some Zongo Chiefs for distribution across the 12 constituencies in the Bono Region. The donation was aimed at supporting the Muslim community during the Ramadan period.

The initiative was made possible with the support of Mr. Sammy Gyamfi, the Acting Managing Director of the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC).

As part of the gesture, the Muslim community, particularly those observing the Ramadan fast, was encouraged by Hon. Akwaboa to pray for peace and unity in Ghana.

Additionally, Hon. Akwaboa requested prayers for divine guidance to enable him to provide effective leadership for the benefit of the people of the Bono Region.
