BONO CENTRE FOR NATIONAL CULTURE REPORT ON CELEBRATION OF GHANA MONTH

Various planning sessions were held in January through February to prepare for the month of March activities.

A special program dubbed “Wear and Eat Ghana” was organized for various groups of the Methodist Church.

Centre for National Culture (CNC), with the Regional team of the Ghana Tourism Authority, organized a Traditional Food Bazaar promoting Ghanaian cuisine at Sunyani.

There was also the “love Ghana Day”, celebrated in the Districts and another program dubbed “Old Skuul” organized to depict old traditional fashion with traditional games, dances, storytelling and many more

A special video documentary on Traditional Funerals, Overview of CNC, History of Bono and Abebuo (Proverbs) was shot for TV and radio in the month of March celebration.
