FIRST QUARTER MEETING OF REGIONAL PLANNING CO-ORDINATING UNIT (RPCU) AT SUNYANI

The Bono Regional Co-ordinating Council (RCC) held its first quarter statutory meeting on Tuesday 23^rd April 2024 at the Conference Room of the RCC.

The meeting brought together all heads of Decentralized Departments making up the Regional Planning Co-ordinating Unit (RPCU), which include Sports Authority, NADMO, Birth and Death Registry, Parks and Gardens, Gender, Children, Social Welfare, Community Development, Health Directorate, Education Directorate, Veterinary Services, Urban Roads, Feeder Roads, among others.

The meeting was chaired by the Chief Director of Bono RCC, Mr. Andrews Mensah.

Among other things, members discussed progress of implementation of the 2024 Annual Action Plan for the 1^st Quarter for all Departments.

The meeting also sought to validate the 2023 Annual Progress Report compiled by the RPCU.

Other issues on the agenda were the presentation of 2024 Performance Contract by Mrs. Akua Gyekyewaa Antwi, Human Resource Manager of Bono RCC, among others.

Members also discussed other salient issues towards the growth of the Region at large.
