NANA AMA McBROWN PAYS COURTESY CALL ON BONO REGIONAL MINISTER AHEAD OF “AMA” MOVIE PREMIERE

The Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa, on 1st September 2026, received renowned Ghanaian actress and media personality Nana Ama McBrown and her entourage during a courtesy visit to his office in Sunyani.

The visit formed part of activities ahead of the premiere of McBrown’s much-anticipated movie, “AMA”, scheduled for Saturday, 5th September 2026, at the Eusbett Hotel in Sunyani.

The engagement provided an opportunity for the Regional Minister to interact with the production team and acknowledge the significance of the upcoming cinematic event, which is expected to attract film enthusiasts, industry stakeholders and distinguished guests to the Bono Regional capital.

The premiere is anticipated to further highlight Sunyani as a destination for major entertainment and cultural events while providing an opportunity for stakeholders and audiences to celebrate Ghanaian filmmaking and creative talent.
