BONO REGIONAL PEACE COUNCIL PAY COURTESY CALL ON REGIONAL MINISTER

On 5th March 2025, members of the Bono Regional Peace Council led by Chairperson Prof. Mrs. Mercy Adutwumwaa Derkye, the Regional Executive Secretary, Alhaji Suallah Abdallah Quandah, and other esteemed members paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Bono Regional Minister, Mr. Joseph Addae Akwaboa in his office at the Bono Regional Coordinating Council.

The visit was to express goodwill messages to the Regional Minister, pray for God’s guidance and protection for him and wish him success in his tenure as a Regional Minister.

The visit also enabled the Peace Council to discuss programmes they intend to undertake in the course of the year with the Regional Minister.

Hon. Akwaboa expressed his appreciation to members of the Peace Council for their visit and assured them of his support and commitment in working with them to ensure absolute peace in the region.

The visit marked a significant step toward enhancing collaboration between the Bono Regional Coordinating Council and the Peace Council, ensuring that their needs are addressed and their voices are heard in matters of regional development and peace building.
