BONO REGION TAEKWONDO ORGANIZES SEPTEMBER PROMOTIONAL EXAMS FOR VARIOUS BELTS

The Taekwondo, Bono region has organized a promotional exams for these various Belts: White, Yellow, Green, Blue and Red Belts at the Sunyani Coronation Park on Saturday 30th September, 2023.

The Exams was to let the Athletes show their movement through Blocking, Kicks, Fighting, Power breaking with Fists and Skills breaking with Hand and leg through the Destruction of woods.

The parents and other people present during the examination were impressed with their performance and words of encouragement was offered to them to keep up with the spirit of diligence and pay heed to whatever the coach(George K. Ablometi) instructs them to do.
