PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE MEMBERS PAY COURTESY CALL ON BONO REGIONAL MINISTER

As part of the Zonal Public Hearing to consider the 2022 Auditor-General’s Reports in Capital Regions, Members of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has paid a courtesy call on the Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Justina Owusu-Banahene in Sunyani.

In a very heartily chat at her office, the Chairman of the Committee, Hon. James Klutse-Avedzi briefed the Regional Minister on the work of the Committee and how it has been able to clear all arrears of the Auditor-General’s Reports.

In response, Hon. Owusu-Banahene expressed her delight in the kind gesture by the Members of Parliament (MPs) visiting her and making sure that all institutions cited in the Auditor-General’s Reports are held accountable.

The Ranking Member of the Committee, Hon. Kofi Okyere Agyekum also thanked the Regional Minister for her warm reception anytime the Committee visits the Region to consider the A-Gs reports.
