BONO REGIONAL MINISTER ENGAGES DORMAA EAST DISTRICT DURING FAMILIARIZATION TOUR

The second day of the Bono Regional Minister’s familiarization tour was dedicated to the Dormaa East District on 11th September 2025, marking a significant step in strengthening collaborative efforts in the region.
The day began with a working session with the staff of the Dormaa East District Assembly, where discussions centered on operational synergies and strategies to enhance local governance.
Later, a community durbar was held at the Wamfie Presbyterian School Park, bringing together traditional leaders and community members.

At the gathering, the Regional Minister highlighted President John Dramani Mahama’s “Resetting Agenda,” which outlines the government’s comprehensive blueprint for national renewal and sustainable development.
He emphasized both his own commitment and that of the President to accelerating progress in Dormaa East and across the Bono Region. The vision outlined included strategic investments in infrastructure, education, agriculture, and job creation, designed to harness the unique potential of the area.
The Minister underscored the importance of unified action and collective purpose in unlocking a new era of prosperity, stressing that collaborative efforts would help build a stronger and more resilient Ghana.
