BONO REGIONAL MINISTER COMMISSIONS REGIONAL FIRE SERVICE CLINIC IN SUNYANI

On Friday, 22nd August 2025, the Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa, joined the Chief Fire Officer, the Regional Commander of the Fire Service, and the Regional Police Commander at the Sunyani Municipal Fire Service Station to commission a newly built Fire Service Clinic.

The state-of-the-art facility is expected to significantly enhance the operational efficiency and welfare of fire service personnel in the region.

Following the commissioning, the Minister, together with top Fire Service officials and other regional security heads, undertook an inspection tour of the facility.

The tour provided a firsthand view of the clinic’s modern amenities and capabilities, which are anticipated to greatly improve the health and wellbeing of firefighters as they continue their vital service to communities.

Hon. Akwaboa commended the Fire Service Command for their tireless efforts in safeguarding lives and property across the region.
