BONO RCC HOLDS STAFF DURBAR TO ADDRESS PUNCTUALITY AND WORKPLACE CONDUCT
The Bono Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) held its second staff durbar of 2025 on June 27 to address productivity and punctuality concerns within the council.
Acting Regional Coordinating Director, Mr. Joshua Mireku, welcomed staff and stressed the importance of cooperation, expressing concern over lateness and workplace attitude.
Deputy Director Mr. Alexander Bae-Yeboah noted that staff punctuality had drawn criticism from the Regional Minister and cautioned employees not to provoke disciplinary measures.

Mrs. Akua Gyekyewaa Antwi, Human Resource Manager, also encouraged department heads to monitor their teams and enforce discipline.
She announced that the Attendance system would be strictly monitored and tied to salary validation. Cleaners were reminded to finish duties before 8:00 a.m., and staff were advised to adhere to leave policies.
In closing, Mr. Mireku thanked staff for attending and urged them to apply the lessons shared, respect one another, and work together to improve overall performance.
