BONO REGIONAL MINISTER HOSTS GIPC DEPUTY CEO TO DISCUSS INVESTMENT PROMOTION

The Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa, hosted the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC), Abdul Razak Baba, and his delegation during a courtesy call at the Regional Coordinating Council on 27th July 2026.

The meeting focused on strategies to promote and facilitate investment across the Bono Region, with discussions covering measures to strengthen investment policies, develop an attractive incentive framework for investors, and enhance the monitoring of investment activities.

The courtesy call also served as an opportunity for GIPC to invite the Regional Minister to participate in the Regional Investment Roadshow, scheduled for 28th July 2026 at the Eusbett Hotel in Sunyani. The event is expected to bring together key stakeholders to explore investment opportunities and promote economic growth in the Bono Region.

The engagement reflects ongoing efforts by the Regional Coordinating Council and GIPC to create a more conducive environment for investment and support sustainable economic development in the region.
