BONO REGIONAL MINISTER LAUDS NHIA PROGRESS AT 3RD QUARTER PERFORMANCE REVIEW MEETING

The Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa, participated in the 3rd Quarter Performance Review Meeting of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) held in Sunyani on 16th October 2025.

He commended the Regional Director and District Managers of the NHIA for organizing the seminar, describing it as a vital platform for assessing progress, sharing insights, and developing strategies to improve healthcare access and financial protection for communities.

Hon. Akwaboa reaffirmed the government’s unwavering commitment to the sustainability of the NHIA and to improving healthcare outcomes for all citizens.

He emphasized the need for continued collaboration among stakeholders to ensure universal access to quality and affordable healthcare services across the country.
