BONO REGIONAL MINISTER HOSTS UENR SRC EXECUTIVES

On 18th February 2026, the Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa, received the Student Representative Council (SRC) executives of the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) at his office during a courtesy call.

During the engagement, the Minister emphasized the importance of balancing academic responsibilities with student leadership duties. He noted that the period of student leadership serves as a formative stage in shaping young leaders and preparing them to become active stakeholders in national development.

He encouraged the SRC executives to approach their roles with dedication, discipline, and a strong sense of purpose. According to him, the platform offers an opportunity to develop critical leadership skills, build valuable networks, and cultivate social responsibility.
