VICE PRESIDENT AND BONO REGIONAL MINISTER ATTEND 10TH CONGREGATION OF UENR

On 13th December 2025, the Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Joseph Addae Akwaboa, attended the 10th Congregation ceremony of the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR).

The event was graced by the presence of the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Her Excellency Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, and celebrated academic excellence and innovation in the fields of energy and natural resources.

In his address, the Regional Minister congratulated the graduating students on their achievements, describing them as a reflection of dedication, resilience, and perseverance. He encouraged the graduates to uphold the culture of excellence instilled by the university, urging them to pursue their future endeavors with boldness in innovation and strong ethical integrity.

He further emphasized the importance of anchoring ambition in service, noting that achieving a sustainable future requires deliberate and purposeful innovation. The graduates were encouraged to lead with creativity and a strong sense of responsibility as they contribute to addressing emerging challenges within the energy and natural resources sectors.
